Treadmill workout 136: Continuing apace

Not much to say about today’s workout. After feeling a combined blah and weird/tense all morning, I was not feeling especially motivated for the workout, but I got on the treadmill, put on some videos and…did pretty good, matching yesterday’s pace and BPM. In fact, it was almost eerily similar. I blame the multiverse.
