My thighs are sore but the calf is still okay. Since I was expecting some post-run stiffness, this is not a surprise to me.

I’ve taken a break from running while it’s cold. Hope to restart once it stops being 40 degrees outside.
Isn’t that next summer where you live? 😮
The coldest it gets here is usually right around freezing. Unless it snows* I plan on keeping up with the running through winter. If I bundle up it should be fine. So goes the theory, anyway.
* or gets icy. I fell on my butt last year, not looking to repeat that experience.
