Treadmill walk: Better late

After a day of stuff, I was all, “Whoa, my exercise ring needs another 22 minutes and it’s like already past 10 p.m. Oh no!”

And then I did a half hour workout on the treadmill and everything was fine.

I watched a mix of Ryan George and Let’s Game It Out and the latter’s adventures with a Keanu clone and Rusty were both delightful and wrong.

The workout went fine, all stats looking good. Comedy apparently motivates me like nothing else.
