Since I started running again, the outdoor walks will likely become less frequent. Today’s was not exactly planned out in advance, but I wanted to close my activity rings, so off I went, with no intention of doing any running bits (I did run a tiny bit here and there but not enough to affect the overall pace).
We saw a return of more seasonal weather today, with it being around 25C and sunny, which was fine for walking. I went partway up the river trail to hit my goals, then came back, coming in at a little over 6 km total. Overall it was fine, and only slightly sweaty.
