Treadmill workout 135: Speeding up

I did today’s workout in the morning, so earlier than usual, and had a strange amount of pep. I have been doing a lot of walking and running and stuff lately. I find that the exercise is helpful to distract from the noisy neighbors, though I’d prefer if the neighbors just don’t make noise.

At one point (after bumping my foot at the top of the treadmill a few times) I thought of upping the speed, but opted against it. Maybe sometime soon, though I’ll probably be doing more outdoor runs, where it’s much easier to control the speed without flying off something.

Bonus: BPM was down despite a much faster pace. I like.
