I am back from a week of camping and here’s a picture taken yesterday as we stored away the trailer at the Far Out Ranch in Dogwood Valley, about 10 km outside Hope. You can’t tell, but it was up past 30ºC at this point and I was melting.

Google image search tells me these are mountain laurels. I can confirm that they are definitely some kind of white flower and not, say, a wild boar or surfboard.
